With 20 years of financial services expertise, Veronika has spent a decade mastering transactional intricacies in leveraged, acquisition, and asset-backed lending at NatWest. As a Co-Founder of Esme Loans Ltd, she has a demonstrated history of pioneering innovative financial products and driving both revenue and balance sheet growth.
James Pearson
Chief Risk Officer
James's 26-year tenure in Retail Banking & Consumer Finance spans the UK, Canada, and the Middle East. His career commenced at Experian, Capital One, and Lloyds Bank, leading up to his role at HSBC, where he spearheaded their savings, lending, and cards business.
Lucy Hasson
Chief Operating Officer
Lucy's 20-year journey in financial services, start-ups, and professional services includes pivotal legal, operational and transformation roles at NatWest as head of the Legal Function for a core NatWest franchise and subsequently as Co-Founder and COO of Esme Loans before moving to KPMG as Head of Operations of KPMG Products. Her expertise lies in orchestrating operations, risk, legal, and digital transformation initiatives.

With over two decades in brand, marketing, and digital strategy, Patrick has crafted disruptive strategies worldwide. His varied experience includes significant stints at Saatchi & Saatchi, Tesco, Ooredoo, Bank Dhofar, and hampers.com, with achievements in telecoms, eCommerce, and financial services.

Head of Data & Information Technology
Darrin boasts over 20 years in the Financial Services & Technology sectors, with international exposure in EMEA, Asia, and the US. His broad expertise includes roles at Macquarie Group and Barclays, excelling in digital transformation, cyber security, and system design.
Jessica Kinsalla
Head of Operations
Jessica's 20-plus years in Financial Services and FinTech start-ups are marked by her specialisation in Operations and Human Resources. She has an established track record in leading operations teams to excellence in Business Processes and Business Continuity, with a focus on transformation, people strategies, and risk management.
